The public consultation on the “Blue Book” has been launched, a document that defines the priorities for the 2021-2028 funding period of the EEA and Norway Grants

With the start of a new funding period for 2021-2028, the EEA and Norway Grants, funded by Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway, have launched a public consultation on the draft “Blue Book,” an essential document that outlines the priorities and program areas for this funding period. This document describes the objectives and approaches for each program area and fund, specifying the eligible areas for support.

The goal is to ensure that people have an active voice in the design of the “Blue Book,” as contributions from beneficiaries and those managing the funding can be highly valuable. This consultation offers stakeholders the opportunity to provide input on the various elements of this document before its final publication.

By participating in this consultation, you can help shape the direction of the EEA and Norway Grants, ensuring that the most pressing challenges and opportunities in Europe are addressed effectively.
