On March 7, EEA Grants teams gathered for a training session focused on "How to Maximize Organic Reach on Social Media." The initiative brought together the National Focal Point, Programme Operators, and the Active Citizens Fund for a valuable day of learning and knowledge exchange.

Organized by the National Focal Point in partnership with Lisbon Digital School, the training aimed to refresh and strengthen key concepts to enhance communication of the current Financial Mechanism’s results, both on social media and on the websites of the involved entities.

The session covered topics such as organic reach, algorithms, post lifespan, and more, alongside practical exercises simulating real-world digital communication scenarios.

Trainer Paulo Rossas led the session dynamically, equipping teams with tools and strategies to optimize their digital presence and increase the impact of their posts.

It was a productive day of learning and sharing, reinforcing the importance of effective and strategic social media communication.
