Programme:The Franc@d.PTação Project consists in the preparation of the MUNICIPAL PLAN FOR CLIMATE CHANGE ADAPTATION FOR THE MUNICIPALITY OF VILA FRANCA DE XIRA PMAAC-VFX. The purpose is to produce a guiding and operational instrument to provide direction and consolidate the basis for subsequent interventions, in order to promote sustainable development and to reduce vulnerabilities of the community regarding climate change.
