Project idea:
"Pó de Vir a Ser proposes a project to address stone within the context of a multi-geographical narrative specific to this cultural moment as a regional dialogue between the countries in the EEA scope.
Our project aims to communicate cross-culturally and geographically with partnering artists to enable a collaborative discourse addressing stone within a contemporary context of art and resource.
We wish to address the value of stone related to a cultural objective that connects the various realities of the material within a historical period as related to but not limited by its origin.
In achieving our project idea we will invite contributing artist from Portugal, Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein to conceptually explore the relationship set forth in our objectives utilizing Pó facilities and professional resources".
